Just for Pets was founded in the spring of 1997, born from a lifelong passion for animals and a commitment to providing the highest level of care for pets and their families. Our founder, a proud graduate of Nash Academy in 1996, one of the nation’s premier grooming schools, was honored to receive the “Student of the Year” award that same year. This recognition reflected her dedication and expertise, which would lay the foundation for a thriving business built on love, care, and professionalism. 

In the early days, Just for Pets started in a small, rented space, with no employees or clients. Despite the uncertainty of the future, our founder’s unwavering desire to offer the best possible grooming experience for dogs and their owners drove the business forward. It didn’t take long before the demand for services grew, and by 2000, the business had outgrown its original location. This led to the purchase of a larger property just up the hill, which also allowed for the addition of boarding services. 

When a commercial building next door became available, we seized the opportunity to expand further, securing the space that would become our current, much-needed home. This expansion provided the necessary indoor and outdoor space to better serve our clients, and it marked an exciting new chapter for Just for Pets. 

Now, with over 28 years of experience, we are proud to continue our mission of providing exceptional care for every furry family member who walks through our doors. We are fortunate to have built a reputation for reliability, compassion, and excellence, and we are excited to pass this legacy on to the next generation, ensuring that Just for Pets will continue to flourish for years to come.
